LL-000-m LED Railway Signal

Modern LED Technology. Seamless Retrofit. Proven Reliability.

The LL-000-m LED light source brings modern LED technology to existing railway signalling systems, without the need for costly system modifications.

Designed as a direct replacement for conventional dual-filament light bulbs in relay-based interlocking systems such as SpDrS-64 and Domino 55, LL-000-m maintains full compatibility with the existing light bulb interface, including day, night and flashing operation, as well as continuous auxiliary filament monitoring for the red aspect.

For SpDrS-64 systems, modernization is exceptionally straightforward: no modifications to the interlocking system are required. The existing light source can simply be replaced with the LL-000-m LED module or complete LED signal unit.

Train Axle Counter - BROS

The BROS axle counter is designed for reliable train detection and monitoring of railway section occupancy. The device is housed in a standard 19-inch, 3U rack and installed in the relay room of a railway station, automatic block system or level crossing.

BROS uses sensor pairs installed at the boundaries of each monitored section, counting the axles entering and leaving to determine whether the section is clear or occupied. Each sensor pair consists of two wheel detectors mounted next to each other on the rail, and also reports direction and speed of rail vehicles.

Outputs for up to 8 sections and up to 12 directly connected sensor pairs, a small number of devices covers all relevant sections of small, medium and large stations.

2 wires

For Automatic Block Signalling, communication between adjacent BROS counters needs only two wires; optical fibre between two devices is available as an alternative.

2 modems

Two integrated modems allow communication with up to two neighbouring axle counters, making BROS particularly suitable for ABS applications.

All topologies

Configuration data is stored in non-volatile memory, allowing flexible assignment and combination of sensor pairs and relay outputs for any section topology.

Universal Train-wheel Detector - UTD

Reliable wheel detection up to 350 km/h, built for easy installation and maintenance.

UTD can operate in parallel with existing rail devices, enabling gradual infrastructure modernization through regular maintenance and upgrades. It runs alongside magnetic or other wheel detectors at the same detection point, so existing infrastructure can be upgraded without immediately replacing the current detection system.

Installed first as a rail crossing detector, UTD can later be integrated into an axle counting system, a cost-effective path toward section control modernization with fewer additional infrastructure changes.
